Don't Miss the Amazing Youngstown Holiday Parade & Tree Lighting!

Bring the whole family to downtown Youngstown on Friday, November 30 for the city's Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting! There will be an amazing line-up of activities for everyone to enjoy, including a massive parade featuring over 1,500 people! The party starts at 4 p.m. with festivities in Central Square and the Youngstown Holiday Flea at the DeYor Performing Arts Center. Keep reading to learn what else is planned for this holiday extravaganza!

After you've shopped the Flea, there will be no shortage of other activities to enjoy! Walk over to OH WOW! Children’s Center for Science & Technology, where there will be free admission from 5-7:30 p.m. Check out the SPRUCE Holiday Pop-Up Shop at 217 W. Federal. Enjoy free admission at the Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center from 4-8 p.m. Listen to Dueling Pianos featuring Andy Paczak & Todd Cutshaw at Rhine Haus Bier Hall at 8:00 p.m. Take your pick!

Of course, you'll want to be outside at 6:30 p.m. when the parade will commence! This parade is shaping up to be gigantic, with nearly 60 entries featuring close to 1,500 people, 11 bands, and over 30 floats or vehicles! The route will begin on E. Federal Street near Commerce and will finish on W. Federal Street at Vindicator Square. The tree lighting will happen immediately after the parade concludes.
