Klacik Real Estate Proud to Sponsor Youth T-Ball Team

This year, Klacik Real Estate is proud to announce that some members of our own dream team are helping to support a Canfield Baseball Club Youth Instructional League T-ball team! Together with yours truly, husband and wife REALTORS® Michelle and J.V. Merando are co-sponsoring the Klacik Real Estate Merando Team, which is comprised of boys and girls ages 3 to 5. Along with several other amazing kids, the team includes Gino Merando, Michelle and J.V.'s 4-year-old son.

The Canfield Baseball Club is dedicated to teaching local children the fundamentals of the game, while also instilling a sense of discipline, responsibility, good sportsmanship, and honesty. Good luck and have fun!

Open up or Close off a Room (Without Moving Walls)

Those of us who live in an older home often fantasize about the potential of a wide-open kitchen. Of course, the opposite is also true; plenty of home owners with open layouts dream about having the privacy of separate rooms! If you find yourself living in a home that you otherwise love, but are stuck with a layout that doesn't fit your style, then you might think that your only option is to add or remove walls. Unfortunately, this process is prohibitively expensive, stressful, and time-consuming for many home owners. Luckily, there is another way! By implementing strategic design changes, you can create the illusion of opening up or closing off a space without making any actual changes to the home's layout!
